200 x 75 Channel frame, Soccer ball frame made from 32 x 32 square tube. Made for our premises over the 2010 FIFA world cup in South Africa.

89 o/d Round tube inner and outer stringers for spiral staircase.

32mm Round tubes rolled to various radii for sculpture. Rolling done for Beth Dianne Armstrong.

2mm 309 Stainless steel cyclone, rolled and fabricated.

8mm Mild steel cones made up to form a bell-mouth.

3mm Mild steel plate rolled and bent to make up a bottle clamp.

80 x 80 x 6 Square tube bent up for boat trailer axle.

50 x 5 Flat bars rolled as cones to make up small diameter bird mouth up angle ring.

48 Kg rails rolled for offset track.

DNA Helical sculpture, from 16mm at the bottom to 50mm at the top.

I did the rolling and built the variable radius spiral on a jig in our workshop. The installation and glass blowing was done by The Crucible.
